I am a certified Transformational & Life Coach which means I can help you unlock your road-blocks and achieve your goals. I’m an enigmatic human who loves coaching & witnessing my clients become a better version of them selves. In addition to this I am also an experienced change practitioner, one of my career highlights being recognised at the Tauranga Business Awards, leading a team who won the highly contested, 2020 Customer Experience Award. My innate ability to connect many moving parts & identify pathways forward enables me to help businesses to grow while ensuring their processes are efficient.
Being a director of a family run & owned company, I have developed a passion for local business. Along side my husband we developed a 5 & 10 year plan and are on target for achieving our goals. Knowing that the most optimal way to success is setting goals and a plan to achieve them. whether the goal is personal or profession the same approach is proven to be successful.
What sucks me out of the sheets in the morning is helping others solve problems & guiding them to achieve their goals. Being a certified Coach, I now have the ambition to combine my coaching, business change management & leadership expertise to enable others to successfully reach their goals.
